Each Pouch contains 20 individual Foot Soak sachets.
Directions: mix 1 sachet of foot soak in 2 cups of warm water. Soak your feet for 20 minutes. For a relaxing bath add 2 sachets of foot soak to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes.
