1 banana
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 egg
¼ tsp Relief or 1 teaspoon Digest Easy solution
1 ½ cups milk
Honey to taste
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Place banana in a blender with the other ingredients, except milk and cinnamon, and blend. Add milk and cinnamon, blend to mix.
Note: Bananas can be added frozen to make a thicker smoothie.
