 2 ripe bananas
 ½ cup caster sugar
 ¼ cup brown sugar
 ½ cup apple sauce with no added sugar
  cup water
 1 tsp white vinegar
 1 ¼ cups plain flour
 ¼ cup cocoa
 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
 ¼ tsp salt
 ½ tsp BakeAid or 1/4 tsp Relief OR 1 tsp DigestEasy solution
  cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180ºC. Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.

Mash bananas in a bowl with half of the BakeAid or Relief or Digest Easy solution.

Stir in the apple sauce, sugars, vinegar, water and remaining BakeAid or Relief or Digest Easy solution.

Stir in flour, cocoa, soda and salt until combined.

Fold through 1/3 cup of the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into prepared tin and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.

Bake for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Cool in tin before slicing.
