 1 cup Self Raising Flour
  cup Cocoa
 1 cup Caster sugar
 80 g Butter, softened
 ½ cup Milk
 2 Eggs
 ¼ tsp Bake Aid OR ½ tsp DigestEasy OR ¼ tsp Relief

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 24cm cake tin.

Mix Bake Aid/Relief/DigestEasy into the milk.

Place all ingredients into the bowl of a mixer or food processor and mix on high for 4 minutes.

Pour into the prepared cake tin and bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the centre.

Take from oven and sit for 5 minutes before tipping onto wire rack to cool. Ice with your favourite icing.

Note: This cake can be used to make cup cakes, spoon mixture into patty pans and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
