PineCrush has been shown to digest phlegm in the throat and lungs. It was developed to remove the carbohydrate coating on Gram-negative bacteria that binds to membrane proteins preventing the ginger digesting these proteins.
Instructions: Add 1/4 teaspoon for a child (below 30Kg) and 1/2 teaspoon for an adult to a small amount of water or juice (approx. 100mL), stir and drink.
Note: PineCrush must be used in conjunction with either Relief or DigestEasy.
