Pine Crush

PineCrush has been shown to digest phlegm in the throat and lungs. It was developed to remove the carbohydrate coating on Gram-negative bacteria that binds to membrane proteins preventing the ginger digesting these proteins.

Instructions: Make up the contents of the pouch by following instructions on the pouch. Drink 5mL for a child and 10mL for an adult before meals as instructed in the 2 step Plan. PineCrush is usually taken twice a day prior to meals, increased to 3 times a day for serious conditions.

Note: PineCrush must be used in conjunction with either Relief or DigestEasy.
