Relief

Relief, a dry powder of Biohawk Australia’s proprietary blend of culinary ginger (Zingiber officinale), turmeric (Curcuma longa) and galangal (Alpinia galanga), stable at ambient temperatures, taken after meals and used in food preparation.

How do I take Relief?

Experience has shown Relief is best taken after breakfast and after dinner at an amount related to your body weight: ½ level teaspoon for 60Kg twice a day, and proportionally less or more depending on your weight. The level can be increased up to a level teaspoon after 3 meals for 60Kg body weight for more serious conditions. It is taken in water or a juice.

Digest Easy Powder

A concentrated form of DigestEasy is freeze dried to give DigestEasy Powder that is stable at ambient temperatures. It too is not so spicy as Relief.

How do I take Digest Easy Powder?

Option 1: 16g pack
The 16g pack has 4 sachets of 4g Powder. One sachet is added to water to make up to 250mL in a clean bottle, which is stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days or stored frozen for up to 3 years.

Treat yourself: Drink 0.5mL per 3Kg body weight morning and night after meals. In some circumstances, drink 1mL per 3Kg three times (x3) a day after meals. It can be taken with a small volume of juice.

Prepare 250mL Digest Easy solution by adding 1 ¼ tsp to a bottle and making up to 250mL with water. Store in fridge.

Bake Aid

Bake Aid, a dry, stable powder made from Relief with the enzyme activity reduced with the addition or rice flour to make it efficient to sieve uniformly through cereal or legume grain flour. It is also used in general food preparation. It is far less spicy than Relief.

Add ¼ tsp bake aid to each cup flour and sift 3 times, then proceed as normal.

WARNING: bake aid reduces the level of ‘gluten’ and the risk of an adverse reaction, but it DOES NOT MAKE THE FOOD ‘GLUTEN FREE’. ‘Sensitive’ people may well experience adverse reactions from the wheat or other flour.

Relief Green Tea

Biohawk Australia Relief, made from ginger, turmeric and galangal, aids in gut health, removes inflammation and helps prevent auto-immune diseases. Combined with Nerada green tea, high in antioxidants, to bring you a delicious drink that is made with 100% natural goodness.

Each Relief Green Tea bag is equivalent to 1/2 daily dose of Relief.

How do I make Relief Green Tea? It is most important that the Relief in the tea is not exposed to a water temperature greater than 67˚C. Infuse tea for 2 to 3 minutes at about 67˚C. Water from a digital kettle set at 70˚C will be under 67˚C after it is poured into a cup prior to inserting a tea bag, or boiling water can be added to a cup and about 30% cold water from a tap added prior to inserting a tea bag.

Ginger Infused Oil is a combination of DigestEasy Powder and rice bran oil to help in your food preparation. Enzyme rich, Ginger Infused Oil digests proline-rich proteins, aids in gut health and digestion, makes food more nutritious and is a natural tenderiser for meat & seafood. For people with food intolerance & allergy, Ginger Infused Oil reduces the risk of an adverse reaction from food.

How do I make Ginger Infused Oil? Prepare Ginger Infused Oil with Relief: by adding 5 tsp Relief or 2.5 tsp Relief Double Strength to 200mL of 100% rice bran oil or extra virgin olive oil. Prepare Ginger Infused Oil with DigestEasy: by adding 1 sachet (4g) or 1.25 tsp to 500mL of 100% rice bran oil or extra virgin olive oil

How do I use Ginger Infused Oil? Lightly coat; cut salads, cut vegetables, meat & fish and add a few drops to eggs before cooking.

Pineapple Products

A Queensland grown pineapple has high levels of bromelain as well as high levels of an enzyme that remove the carbohydrate coating from the proline-rich membrane proteins on some viruses and some ‘bad’ bacteria. Originally the pineapple flesh was crushed and sold frozen. More recently the crush was freeze-dried, and milled to give a powder that was added to water to give a solution with some pulp in it. The whole pineapple is now crushed, skin and flesh, then freeze-dried and milled to give PineCrush.

Pine Crush

Pine Crush, is a freeze-dried crystalline powder, stable at ambient temperatures but hydroscopic and the pack must be kept sealed. The powder is taken when required to remove a carbohydrate coating from a proline-rich protein to aid in the digestion of such proteins using the Biohawk Australia ginger products.

How do I take Pine Crush? Add a quarter teaspoon for a child (below 30Kg) and a half teaspoon for an adult to a small amount of water or juice (approximately 100mL), stir and drink. PineCrush is usually taken twice a day prior to meals, increased to 3 times a day for serious conditions.

Note: Pine Crush must be used in conjunction with either Relief or Digest Easy.

Important Information:

Supplements that inhibit Biohawk Australia’s food enzymes

Specific metal supplements, vitamin supplements, and baby formulas that include metals such as zinc, iron, copper, manganese, cobalt, and chromium inhibit the ability of the enzymes to digest proteins because these metals bind to the enzymes’ active site. Biohawk Australia’s 2-step plan releases all the nutrients in food including metals after the enzymes have digested the proline-rich proteins. The need for metal supplements is reduced. Silver metal colloid drinks, and oxidising compounds also inhibit the enzymes. The oxidising compounds include chlorine added directly into the water supply especially in chicken sheds, and peroxide that some people consume because of its perceived health benefits, or because they unknowingly consume because peroxide levels are high in some honeys, vegetable oils, and especially in green smoothies made with high-powered blenders that break down cells. Anion supplements where the anion is large, such as selenite, also block the enzymes.

The solution is to take any specific supplement prescribed for a clinical deficiency at a different time in the day from when you take the Biohawk Australia products (separated by at least an hour), choose honeys and oils that are not rich in peroxide, and use a lower speed blender conditioning the greens with Biohawk Australia’s ginger before blending.
