The answer may seem complex but in fact it is simple.
Biohawk Australia’s natural digestion aids are rich in natural enzymes from gingers (Relief and DigestEasy) or pineapple (PineCrush).
All customers will need to take either Relief or DigestEasy.
Which one should I take?
Both the Relief and DigestEasy work in the same way to digest proline-rich proteins in your food that are resistant to digestion and that cause food intolerance, allergy and other serious diseases. Relief is made from the whole rhizomes and is spicy to taste. DigestEasy is made from the juice of the gingers and is not spicy: the spiciness of ginger is in the fibre.
The 2-step plan needs to be followed by treating all food and drink you consume with Biohawk Australia’s ginger products (STEP 1). The dose you take for treating yourself (STEP 2) will depend on the product you choose to take (Relief or DigestEasy) and your body weight. The activity of the enzyme required is calculated per kilo of body weight and the activity of the enzyme per gram of product is different depending on the product you have. The product label and our website advise on the dose right for you and your protocol.
Can I take Relief Green Tea as my dose?
Each Relief Green Tea bag is equivalent to a dose of Relief as long as it is not exposed to a water temperature greater than 67ºC.
The important thing to remember is that you need to do both steps of our 2-step plan for the products to work. It is not a matter of taking occasionally as this will have little or no effect. Mixing and matching the ginger products throughout the day is a perfect way to get the most from our products.
Do you need to take PineCrush?
PineCrush is only required when there is a biofilm, a carbohydrate coating on the surface of a proline-rich protein on ‘bad’ cells that are infecting your body. PineCrush removes this coating enabling the ginger enzymes to do their job of digesting proline-rich proteins more effectively. It is important to take the PineCrush 20 minutes before you take one of Biohawk Australia’s ginger products.
Sometimes PineCrush only needs to be taken for a few days so you can put any unused PineCrush solution in the freezer until you may need it again, it can be frozen over and over again, and the enzyme will remain stable but can only be stored in the fridge for 30 days before the enzyme activity will decrease.
PineCrush is only effective if used in conjunction with one of Biohawk Australia’s ginger products and the 2-step plan.
