1 cup almond milk or other nut milk
3 ½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp Relief or 1 teaspoon Digest Easy solution

Add all ingredients into an airtight container, Kilner or Mason jar. Mix well.

Seal the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Re-stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

Top with your favourite topping or add a flavouring at step 1.
e.g. Fresh berries, shredded coconut, toasted muesli, fresh fruit.
