 1 tsp olive oil
 salt and pepper
 2 onions
 Biohawk Ginger Infused Oil
 ½ tsp nutmeg
 3 sprigs fresh sage
 3 sprigs fresh thyme
 300 g pork sausage meat (if you cannot buy use gluten free pork sausages and remove the skins)
 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs (If you are not making your bread use a Gluten free bread like Abbott's Bakery Farmhouse Wholemeal)

Finely chop the onion and coat with Ginger Infused Oil.

Place a frypan over medium heat. Pour in approximately 1 teaspoon of olive oil and then fry the onion until soft, approximately 7 minutes.

Stir in a good pinch of salt and pepper, the nutmeg, chopped sage leaves and thyme leaves. Continue to fry and stir for 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat and spoon into a large mixing bowl. Allow to cool completely.

Once cooled, add the pork mince and breadcrumbs. Using your hands scrunch everything together until thoroughly combined.

Bring together into a ball and place in a container with a lid. Place in the fridge or freezer until required.
